    Additional shipping costs may apply for orders with more than 20 pairs of glasses.
  • Delivery Delays
    Additional time may be required in cases of

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $29.00 to the following countries: DE, US, FR, GB, CA, IL, PR, NO, BR, PL, JP, AT, PT, BE, KR, MA, IT, FI, SE, CH, NZ, AU, SG, IE, ES, NL.

Yes, if your total order quantity is 4 pairs or fewer and you didn’t use any vouchers or promotions, you can combine your orders into a single shipment. We’ll also refund part of the shipping fee. Just send an email to Contact ZEELOOL with your order numbers before checking your package status.

Yes, you can! Simply ensure that the shipping address you provide is where you'd like your glasses to be delivered.

If your package arrives damaged, please immediately Contact ZEELOOL. We’ll assist you in getting a replacement pair as quickly as possible.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 9–14 days and business express takes 5–9 days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges will be accepted 30 days after delivery, please contact ZEELOOL customer service to get your order number and return reason. One return or exchange is allowed for each order. Prescription Lenses are customized, please check your prescription details carefully before you place an order.

Yes. After your order is confirmed, you can log in your ZEELOOL account, click “My Orders”, and download a formal invoice with detailed itemization. You can then submit the invoice to your FSA or HSA provider to request for reimbursement. Please note ZEELOOL currently does not support direct FSA/HSA payments during checkout.
