How To Adjust Your Eyeglasses

Whether you've just received your new glasses or have been wearing them for a while, frames may sometimes pinch your nose, slide out of place, or appear crooked. Instead of visiting an optometrist for adjustments, you can easily do it yourself by following these hacks.

Stand in front of a mirror and look straight ahead. Ensure the center of the lenses is aligned with the center of your eyes. Check for a good fit and make adjustments accordingly.

1. If Your Glasses Are Sitting Too Low on Your Nose

3. If Your Glasses Are Crooked or Tilted

Place your glasses upside down on a flat surface to check if the temple arms rest evenly. If not, adjust them for balance.
