I paid for thin lenses 1.67 index, received with the lences three(!) times thicker than suppose to be in accordance with my prescription & index thickness calculator, spent almost a week in conversations regarding this issue resolution - still not resolved. Asking to send the glasses back without either replacement or postage label sounds ridiculous to me as I've done nothing wrong. How much longer the resolution shall take?

with not being able to wear contacts this was the next best choice! the rimless design and cute shape make this pair the perfect compliment to any outfit.

really sad because only had these a few months, never sat on them or was rough with them and they still broke like this. I can bend it back in place but it just slides back to this position when I try to wear. I think I’m breaking up with zeelool now because of this and my recent order being inexplicably delayed despite paying for advanced shipping. it is sad that they have declined in quality so much the past few years.

The quality is great, the size is perfect. The prescription is good. The price was kind of high.
