Prescription : the prescription was right Price : I paid $60 for these because I got the lenses that were supposed to turn from regular glasses to sunglasses and being as how they don’t get dark too much $ Size : too big, they fall off my face got transitional lenses that we’re supposed to go from light to dark wen out in the sun so that I could have sunglasses and regular glasses all in one however they barely turn a shade darker pointless in the sun. They’re not even dark enough to prevent you from seeing my eyes

There is something really wrong with the prescription. They are supposed to be the same ones I wear (from the competitor) and I can't even read with these ones.

Greetings On this pair of glasses I got, the prescription was entered incorrectly. I realised when I was putting in my prescription it wasn't staying on what I set it at, so my guest was when I thought I did put it in correctly it adjusted on the app and I got the wrong prescription my usual prescription is the same as the 2 pairs from before. is it a possibility I can send these back and get a new pair ?
