Received my frames and they were warped/twisted. I immediately contacted customer service opened a ticket only to be told they couldn’t see any defects based on pictures after I sent multiple pics. I just wanted the frames replaced, no money back. I really liked the frames. They offered a refund after I returned them at my expense. I’d rather eat the cost and never deal with them again. They basically call you a liar. Zeelool lost my business and I was a repeat customer.
